Job Description:

  • Should be able to independently handle the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, interview set up and final placement.
  • Submitting quality consultant to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates.
  • Responsible for achieving good conversion ratio of submissions into placements

Desired Profile:

  • Candidate should have minimum experience in US IT Staffing industry.
  • Experience in placing candidates for short- and long-term contracts as well as on full time permanent jobs.
  • Experience working with GCs, US Citizens, H1B, and EAD, TN permit holders
  • Should have good knowledge of various work authorizations/visas in United States geography
  • Systematic, hardworking and ability to multitask on a regular basis.
  • Confidence to work independently and a good team player
  • Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and aggressive towards making placements
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards.
  • Expertise in sourcing profiles using job portals like Techfetch, Monster, Dice, Indeed, Social Media etc
  • Comfortable working in Night Shifts
  • Should be well versed with various tax terms like 1099, C2C and W2
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, go getter with a can-do attitude who takes the ownership and delivers on time.
