Job Description:1. Provide Technical Support to Broadband (ADSL) and VOIP related issues.

Strong working knowledge of ADSL and VOIP troubleshooting is preferred.
2. Proven understanding of troubleshooting Modem, Router, Switch related issues.
4. ITIL certification preferred.
5. CCNA certification is an added advantage.
6. Ability to learn quickly & stay current with new business processes and new technologies.

3. Excellent written & oral communication skills, including the ability to solve problems.

Desired Profile:1. Troubleshooting Connection, Browser, and Modem/Router/Switch related issues.

2. We should be able to communicate with UK customers over voice and email.
3. Minimum 1 year previous IT Service Desk or Technical Support (Voice).
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
