Job Description:
1. Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
2. Research to determine appropriate resolution steps as per SOP/ policies/parameters using SYF systems.
3. Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures.
4. Maintains an effective follow-up process to ensure the completion of commitments to customers.
5. Provide Customer with product and service information.
6. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
7. Recommend process improvements.
8. Willing to work in rotational shifts.
9. Excellent Communication skills.
10. Working knowledge of computers.
