Job Description:1. Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.

work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within
the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

2. Practical probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
3. Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
5. You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
