Job Description:

  • Responsibilities and Duties Answer USA calls and also respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Should have Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into a system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document all call and data according to standard operating procedures
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and Produce call reports Required Experience and Skills Bachelors degree
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Willing to work night shift
