Should be able to handle Inbound & Outbound calls. 

Should have an understanding of smart phones and the different Operating Systems (Preferably someone who uses at least a basic smart phone)

Should have an unblemished character record; having exhibited a high degree of integrity.

Having relevant experience in Customer Service of smart phones and wearable devices. 

Should have minimum typing speed of 15 wpm.

Salary:1,00,000 - 1,25,000 P.A
