Job Description :Installing, Configuring Windows 98, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows 7as clients.

Configuring Windows 98, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows 7as clients.

Configuration of Blackberry phones at Client site.

Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.

Installation of client software like Microsoft Office, Java, various compilers etc.

Installed and configured various applications Software"s Like MS Office 2000/XP, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer.

Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems

Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.

Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting various PC Hardware components.

Outlook Configuration, Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.
